* For members who access the AOL service in a manner where more than one communications surcharge may be applicable, the highest applicable surcharge shall apply (e.g. a member on the Bring Your Own Access Plan who accesses the AOL service using the 800 number will be surcharged $6.00/hr instead of $2.50/hr).
